We do not offer fixed pricing (with the exception of our waste removal services) because commercial cleaning varies significantly depending on the environment, scope, frequency, and specialist equipment required.

Instead, we provide tailored quotations to ensure you only pay for the services you genuinely need, delivered to the standard you expect.

Why We Don’t Use Fixed Pricing

Commercial cleaning is not a one-size-fits-all service. Factors such as building type, surface material, access, safety requirements, and the level of cleaning needed all impact the time, equipment, and resources required.

 

For example:

• Scrubber-drying a 100m² floor may take as little as one hour, using a single machine and operator.

• Deep-cleaning the same floor could require multiple machines, pads, and a skilled team working for two to three days, depending on the surface condition and desired finish.

If we published fixed prices, they would either be inaccurate or unfair — and we believe transparency matters.

What to Expect From Our Pricing

When requesting a quote, we will:

1. Understand your needs and assess the scope of work.

2. Identify the safest and most efficient method.

3. Provide a clear, itemised, and competitive quotation.

4. Offer honest guidance if we believe a more cost-effective approach is available.

For ongoing contracts, recurring visits can qualify for up to a 10% discount, depending on frequency and service type.
