Our Services

TLCC Services provides professional cleaning and maintenance solutions for property management companies and hotels across London and Hertfordshire. Specialising in communal block cleaning, floor and carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing and waste removal, we deliver reliable, high-quality service for large residential developments and commercial environments. With experienced teams, specialist equipment and flexible scheduling, we keep buildings clean, safe and welcoming.

Communal Area Cleaning

We aim to provide an ultra reliable service on our communal block cleaning being able to commit to be reliable and provide a quality service.

We have many control measures in place to avoid our service dissipating and becoming complacent.

All our operatives will be full-time employees and be uniformed onsite at all times.

Pressure Washing

With our very own fleet of fuel powered pressure washers, we can provide a high quality pressure washing service what ever the situation. We also have trailer bowsers for occasions when there is no water onsite. We can also utilise partners to for access equipment to high level clean the external of buildings and brickwork.

Carpet Cleaning

We have assisted in delivering high end carpet cleaning for a number of years now, from small areas to large ballrooms for some of the most renowned 5 star hotels across London and the South East. We have one of the only ride-on carpet cleaning machines available in the UK, meaning we can cover your carpet cleaning from a small area, to a much larger area.

Window Cleaning

Using our reach and wash system with purified water, we can reach windows up to 7 stories high. We also work with our partners to be able to utilise fully qualified abseiling teams, meaning we can clean any windows at any height.

We also pair this with traditional method for ground floor and internal window cleaning where required and provide a high end finish.

Floor Cleaning

We are specialists in delivering floor cleaning, ranging from scrubber drying areas to stripping and sealing high level floorings. All our operatives are manufacturer trained on applying various seals and coatings.

With our own fleet of floor cleaning machines, we can put together a care package for various types of flooring including marble and terrazzo.

Waste Removal

Tipper

We are a registered waste carrier with the environmental agency, authorised to carry commercial waste.

This means we are fully capable of assisting with bulk waste, skimming bins and managing bin stores for property management companies.

We also have fixed pricing for this to develop trust and keep fees transparent and fair.
